FEATURE: CALL WITH ASTROLOGER

Our platform allows real-time voice consultations with verified astrologers. By using this feature, you consent to being contacted on your registered mobile number, including DND-enabled numbers, until consent is revoked in writing.

First-Time Free Chat/Call: New users may receive a one-time complimentary consultation (1–5 minutes). Creating multiple accounts to misuse this offer is strictly prohibited.

WEBSITE CONTENT

All content—text, images, videos, tools, and features—is owned or licensed by Vaidik Talk. Misuse of the platform, including uploading harmful, unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content, may result in immediate suspension.

USER ACCOUNT ACCESS

  • Product Delivery: Available only within India; no refund for post-delivery user-caused damage.
  • Subscription Delays: Eligible for pro-rata refunds if applicable.
  • Duplicate Payments: Verified duplicates will be refunded.
  • Timeline: Refunds are issued to the Vaidik Talk Wallet within 10 business days.

USER OBLIGATIONS

VIOLATIONS & CONSEQUENCES

  • Wallet balances may be adjusted in cases of fraud.

BANK ACCOUNT & PAYMENT TERMS

Users must ensure:

  • Payments are made using valid and owned instruments.
  • Sufficient balance or credit availability.

If any term is deemed invalid, it will be revised to the nearest enforceable meaning without affecting the rest of the agreement.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

INDEMNITY
