Eligibility for Return & Replacement
You are eligible to request a return or replacement for products purchased from Vaidik Talk within 7 days of receiving your order, provided any of the following conditions apply:

To qualify for a return or replacement:

Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items
Certain categories of products are not eligible for return or replacement under any circumstance. These include but are not limited to:

Products that have been used, tampered with, or physically damaged after delivery.

Items that have been mishandled, exposed to water, chemicals, or have sustained wear and tear due to improper use.

Items under spiritual, astrological, or ritualistic use such as energized products, rudrakshas, yantras, or puja samagri once used or installed.

Products returned without complete accessories, packaging, or with missing items.
Return & Replacement Process
To ensure a smooth and efficient return experience, we request customers to follow the step-by-step process outlined below:
Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of successful inspection.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, Net Banking, etc.).

In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer, and customers must provide accurate bank details for the same.
Replacement Timeline

Once the returned item is received and approved, your replacement order will be dispatched within 4 working days.

You will receive a new tracking ID once the replacement is shipped.
