1. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing Time

All physical product orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeline (India)

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location.

Shipping Partners

Orders are fulfilled through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.


2. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

• Astrologer was unavailable or no-show
• Technical or transaction error

Amount: 100% of service fee

Not Eligible for Refund

• Consultation successfully completed
• User disconnected voluntarily
• Dissatisfaction with advice or outcome
• Request made after 7 days


SECTION B — WALLET RECHARGES

Wallet recharge refunds are allowed only if the amount remains unused.

Eligibility Window: Within 1–2 days of recharge
Refund Method: Original payment method
Processing Time: 5–9 business days
Amount: Full refund (no deductions)

No refund will be provided if any portion of the wallet balance has been used.


SECTION C — PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

• Request raised within 7 days of delivery
• Product unused and in original packaging
• Invoice or proof of purchase provided
• Issue reported within 72 hours for damaged or missing items

Return Process

  3. Approved returns receive return instructions or pickup
